When our home flooded with sewage this past January 2009, our cousin highly recommended we call Eagleye restoration. Immediately Wes Ough and his partners John & Colin arrived to make order out of the chaos. Wes, John and Colin were knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful when working in our home. They displayed a professionalism we have not experienced in previous dealings with other restoration companies. Eagleye Restoration made short work of the mess, allowing us to return to our daily activities with minimum disruption.

Derek Rathwell of Eagleye Drain Services was called in to assess the cause of our flood. Along with Colin who had previously worked with Wes, as well as Don, they worked to provide us with an emergency repair of our sewage pipe. They took care to protect our lawn and property while providing us with rapid service. When Derek, Colin & Don returned to complete the repair of the entire sewage system, they kindly spent time to explain the work they were providing to us. Derek Rathwell in particular went an extra 100 miles for us speaking with the City of Victoria about the repairs taking place on our property. Derek and his team made a stressful situation manageable for our family during and especially taxing time in our lives (my mother's cancer treatment).

Derek, Wes, Colin, John and Don's care and expertise was exemplarity and exceeded our expectations. We ell Wes of the restoration Division and Derek of the Drain & Sewer division, spoke with us honestly about the issues we were experiencing, We were treated fairly and with deference - qualities which are unfortunately, not shown by many contracting/restoration companies. These two Eagleye teams were respectful of our home and provided superior professional work. Thank you!

Several years ago, that company installed a perimeter drain around my house under what seemed to me to be very 'trying' conditions, ie: constant heavy rainfall, and several 'surprises' from a very old house scenario. Both Doug Downs and Derek Rathwell made themselves available to answer my many questions and were always positive and cheerful, as were their onsite crew. When I had occasion to contact Derek again recently re some concerns, he returned my call immediately, took a fair bit of his time to describe a solution and had someone on site within 24 hours, even though they were busy with yet another rainy season.

To Whom it May Concern,

 I am the president of a small strata (8 units) located at the corner of Simcoe and St. Lawrence Streets, in the James Bay neighbourhood of Victoria, BC.  We contacted Eagleye in the spring of 2011 to submit a bid to repair / replace several isolated sections of drain tile around the building. 

 I initially contacted Eagleye because I had seen them doing similar work in my neighbourhood, and once it was complete, you would have been hard pressed to tell that they had ever been there in the first place.  Although they were not the lowest estimate, I was impressed from the very beginning by their attention to detail and their willingness to answer questions.  After they were selected to do the work by the strata council (from three competitive bids), I was pleased with how the project progressed on schedule, the courtesy and professionalism of the crew, and in the face of several complications, their ability to complete the work within a reasonable amount of time and with little additional cost.  Once the work was completed, all of the owners directly impacted by the project we're very pleased with the work, especially the extra attention paid to the clean up and putting things back after everything was completed.  All of them approached me with their comments before I even had a chance to ask them, which says a lot.
